Job descriptionOversee full financial management including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and invoicing processes. Manage end-to-end invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments. Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting with proficiency in Zoho Books and QuickBooks. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for management. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and coordinate with external auditors. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations. Own daily business operations including vendor management, procurement, and workflow / process optimization. Implement operational efficiencies and best practice frameworks across finance and administrative processes. Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and internal controls to safeguard company assets Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost optimization. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Support fundraising activities by preparing financial data, projections, and investor reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance and operational goals with overall company objectives. CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent with 4–7 years in finance and operations roles. Proficiency with Zoho Books and QuickBooks for accounting and invoicing. Deep understanding of profit & loss, balance sheets, budgeting processes, invoicing, and statutory compliance in India. Experience advising leadership on financial planning, cash flow management, and budget controls. Operational experience in vendor and contract management, process improvement within startups or SMEs. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High ownership, adaptability, and motivation to grow into a CFO role. Competitive fixed salary with performance bonuses.
