Hiring : Technical Support Associate – International (US) Process, Kolkata | Work from Office, Salary upto 3.50lpa

Location : [Kolkata]

Mode : Work from Office (WFO)

Shift : 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Joining : Immediate or within 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

Handle technical support queries from international customers

Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails

Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

Education : Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)

1year and above experience candidates can only apply for this role.

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic technical knowledge is a must

Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice
