Job Description :
Mani Timbers is looking for a driven Telecalling & Lead Management Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and generate sales through effective communication. The role also includes light social media activity like posting product photos and replying to customer messages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and maintain consistent communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through clear product explanation and trust-building.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Post basic product updates and respond to messages on social media when required.
