Tele Calling Executive

Job Description : We are hiring a Telecalling Executive for our tiles showroom to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the showroom sales team. The role involves speaking with potential customers, sharing product details, and inviting them to visit our showroom. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective customers. Explain product details, designs, and offers related to tiles. Schedule showroom visits and maintain follow-up records. Support the showroom sales team in converting inquiries into sales. Maintain customer database and daily call reports. Requirements : Good communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, or local language). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
