Job descriptionProvide high-quality customer service via phone calls, emails, or other digital platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Degree in Electrical, Electronics-Telcommunication, BE / B-Tech / Diploma is required for this position. Proficiency in power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals, and solar power plants is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. Candidates with experience handling solar string inverters are highly preferred. Preferably candidates from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an On-line Service Specialist. The successful candidate will provide timely online telephonic support to customers in the Australian market.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and respond to their queries.
