Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bareilly for an Operation Theatre Technology Trainer. The trainer will deliver theoretical and practical instruction in operation theatre technology, develop training materials, and assess students' learning and progress. Responsibilities will include preparing students for industry standards, ensuring quality delivery of the curriculum, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and providing mentorship and support to students pursuing a career in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operation Theatre Technology, including knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment handling, and sterile techniques
• Proficiency in delivering both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations in healthcare-related environments
• Strong mentoring, instructional, and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards in education and staying updated on industry trends
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field; certifications or relevant industry experience is a plus
• Effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate training sessions and manage time effectively
• Experience teaching or training in a medical or academic setting is highly desirable
