Job Description : Tech Lead Angular & T-SQL

Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in both Angular and T-SQL to lead the development and optimization of our web applications and databases. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong ability to manage front-end and back-end technical strategies. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and implementation of our technology stack, driving innovation in our logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of web applications using Angular, ensuring scalability, performance, and user-centric design.
• Oversee the optimization and management of databases using T-SQL to ensure high performance and data integrity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers and database administrators, to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide the team in following best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in both Angular and T-SQL to continuously improve our systems.
