Lead Engineer - Java / AngularJS

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of assigned modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Angular front-end applications and Java / Spring Boot backend services.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI / UX, QA, Product) to deliver features on time.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide architectural Stack & Skills :
• Angular (component-based architecture, RxJS, state management, responsive UI)
• Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices)
• Database : MySQL (basic to intermediate proficiency)
• Strong expertise in problem-solving, debugging, unit testing & performance tuning.
• Experience in module ownership and ability to deliver independently.
• Excellent communication & leadership Candidate :
• Proven track record as a Lead Engineer in Angular / Java / Full Stack projects.
• Strong coding fundamentals with ability to design scalable solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced contract environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Open to short-term contracts with extension opportunities.
