About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Angular Technical Lead to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing front-end applications using Angular. You will lead a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and drive innovation to enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Lead a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Front-end Development : Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using Angular (latest versions).
• Architecture & Design : Define front-end architecture, UI / UX best practices, and ensure maintainable code structures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure optimal application performance, security, and scalability.
• Code Quality & Standards : Implement best coding practices, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Agile Development : Participate in Agile / Scrum processes, sprints, and sprint planning meetings.
• Technology Evaluation : Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Testing & Debugging : Ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and UI testing) to maintain application stability.

Education :  Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
