Location : Mumbai

We are actively looking for a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking or NBFC sector .

What We're Looking For :

• Strong governance expertise across Board, Committee & Shareholder meetings
• End-to-end secretarial compliance with Companies Act, SEBI LODR, SEBI PIT
• Proficiency in handling ROC / MCA filings, SDD, and SEBI disclosures
• Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and regulators
• Experience supporting audits, drafting policies, maintaining statutory registers
• LLB qualification will be an added advantage
