Backend Engineer - AVP

Participate in customer and stakeholder meetings to align on technical solutions. Maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure. Break down complex tasks, estimate effort, and deliver iteratively. Conduct peer reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold code quality. Write unit and integration tests, and resolve bugs efficiently. 8+ years of Java development experience with strong Java Core knowledge. Hands-on experience with BPM tools (Camunda preferred). Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate / MyBatis, REST APIs. Familiarity with Maven, JIRA, Git Stash, and Confluence. Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, Tomcat, and WebLogic Server. Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred) and containerized environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of design patterns and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills. Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Grunt, Bootstrap, Angular, NodeJS). Google cloud experience Advanced SQL and PL / SQL knowledge. Familiarity with runtime analytics and digital certificate handling.
