Job descriptionMonitor and improve conversion rate (CRO) , average order value (AOV) , and cart abandonment rate . Conduct A / B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows. Use analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify growth opportunities. Work with the product and operations team to update SKUs, variants, inventory levels, and product descriptions. Ensure accurate product categorization, tagging, and search functionality. Collaborate with performance marketing & CRM teams to ensure site readiness for campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Ensure smooth checkout and payment gateway operations. Coordinate with customer service to address website-related issues or feedback. Optimize post-purchase flow and loyalty program integrations. Track KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, and retention. Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
About the role : This role is responsible for end-to-end management and performance of a Shopify-based e-commerce store . It involves overseeing the online storefront, optimizing user experience, improving conversions, ensuring accurate product management, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Shopify Store Management
- Oversee end-to-end management of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, collections, and on-site content.
- Manage theme customization, app integrations, and third-party plug-ins to enhance site functionality.
- Maintain site health ensure uptime, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Coordinate with developers / designers for UI / UX improvements.
