Role : Ecommerce Specialist (Marketplace Management)

Experience : 1–3 years in experience in the e-commerce industry (FMCG preferred)

We’re seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce specialist to join our dynamic team at The Healthy Binge.

You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce specialist, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website, online marketplaces, and aggregators — and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.

Objectives of this role

• Execute and manage listing of The Healthy Binge products on key digital platforms – e-commerce / quick-commerce
• Develop and implement effective growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities across all marketplaces / aggregrators
• Optimise end-to-end for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including stakeholder management with KAMs, product listings, pricing and inventory management.
• Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service
