We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Life Insurance - Agency channel to lead a team of Branch Managers and Cluster Managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in insurance sales and a strong track record of team handling and driving business growth. This role requires exceptional leadership, coaching, and strategic skills to maximize sales productivity and uphold high organizational values.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management :
- Design and drive the business for the entire region, leading a team of 8-12 Branch Managers and 3 Cluster Managers.
- Provide leadership by communicating the vision and objectives of the organization and the local team.
- Offer coaching and support in the field on important sales calls.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify skills gaps, and create developmental plans.
Sales and Business Development :
Maximize the sales productivity of the Circle and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Provide daily leadership and target orientation to the team.Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Support the acquisition of large clients in a selective manner.Agency Management :
Ensure high-quality agency discipline and a smooth sales process.Recruit top Financial Consultants and convert top performers into Business Leaders.Support Business Leaders in expanding their distribution network.Ethical Conduct :
Build conviction within the team to uphold high organizational values and ensure business ethics and integrity.Skills Required
Education : Graduation is mandatory.Experience :
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the insurance agency or direct channel.At least 6 years of experience in team handling in the agency channel is a must.Technical Knowledge : Superior channel understanding, product knowledge, and sales skills.Leadership Skills : The ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team effectively.Personal Attributes : Strong problem-solving skills, and a good track record and stability are essential.Skills Required
