Oracle ERP Consultant - GL Module

Description : Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle ERP Specialist with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL) and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) modules. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring the specialist to be based in Chennai with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The specialist will be a key contributor to managing, maintaining, and enhancing our clients' Oracle ERP systems. The role demands a blend of deep technical expertise, hands-on application support, and strong consulting acumen to drive business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Application Management & Support

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a primary focus on the General Ledger (GL) and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) modules.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and configuration of the Oracle Applications environment, including GL period close, segment value changes, and intercompany balancing setup.
• Provide advanced functional and technical support for Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle HR, ensuring all modules are functioning optimally and aligned with business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues across the Oracle ERP landscape, focusing on financial and intercompany transaction flows.
