Oracle EPM Consultant - HFM / FCCS

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning , FCCS , FDMEE .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (Planning, FCCS, etc.)
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure EPM applications including metadata setup, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and optimize data integrations between ERP and EPM systems.
• Support testing efforts including test planning, scripting, and execution (SIT / UAT).
• Train business users and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist in ongoing enhancements, patching, and quarterly updates.
• Prepare documentation for solution design, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, PMO, etc.).
