We’re now expanding into B2 B tools, helping small businesses embed AI-powered quizzes and recommenders on their websites to boost engagement and conversions.We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can bridge creativity and strategy — someone who understands B2 B marketing, can create and schedule engaging Social Medua content, and loves crafting blogs that inspire and convert.What You’ll DoB2 B Growth & MarketingExecute strategies to grow Celebrate Ally Pro (our B2 B AI quiz and gift recommender tools).Create marketing materials, outreach messages, and landing page copy for small businesses (Shopify, Wix, and Word Press users).Identify and engage potential partners (florists, gift shops, event planners, creators).Support inbound and outbound lead generation through email and social campaigns.Content Creation & Social Media Design and schedule Pinterest pins and Instagram visual content that showcase our AI tools and seasonal campaigns.Create demo videos, carousels, and short-form content to highlight product features and use cases.Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar across Pinterest, Instagram, and blogs.Blog Creation & SEOWrite high-quality, SEO-optimized blogs that attract both B2 B and B2 C audiences.Collaborate on blog topics aligned with seasonal campaigns, business trends, and Celebrate Ally products.Update and optimize existing blog posts for performance, engagement, and ranking.Analyze keyword opportunities and create content strategies to grow organic traffic.Analytics & OptimizationTrack and report on performance metrics across Pinterest, blog traffic, and lead generation.Identify growth trends, top-performing content, and opportunities to improve conversion rates.You’re a Great Fit If YouHave 2 plus years of experience in growth, content, or B2 B marketing.Can create visually appealing Pinterest and social content (using Canva or similar tools).Have experience writing SEO-optimized blog content that drives organic traffic.Are familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar).Are proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple creative and analytical tasks.Bonus SkillsExperience with AI, Saa S, or e Commerce marketing.Familiarity with Shopify, Wix, or Word Press.Experience editing short videos or motion graphics for social media.Why Join Celebrate AllyJoin a fast-growing AI startup that helps millions celebrate life’s biggest moments.Take ownership of growth, creative storytelling, and brand voice.Flexible schedule, creative freedom, and a chance to shape an early-stage brand’s trajectory.
