Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced People Services Specialist to support our People operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Operating from India, this role plays a critical part in delivering consistent, efficient, and employee-centric PEOPLE services, ensuring compliance with regional labour laws and internal policies, and supporting tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day People Services tasks covering the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits, contract changes, benefits, leave management, etc.).
Ensure alignment of processes with global People Services standards while accounting for country-specific regulations (India, Singapore, Australia, Philippines, etc.).
Support the alignment of local processes with global standards while considering local compliance.
Participate in regional and global People Services projects (e.g., system enhancements, transitions, automation).
Ensure a high-quality employee experience through timely communication, empathy, and consistent service.
