Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers across industries.
Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.
✅ Client Engagement & Sales
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, use cases, and ROI.
Explain company services and products effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Handle objections with confidence and negotiate win-win deals.
✅ CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM.
Record daily calls, meetings, lead status, and submit timely progress reports.
✅ Post-Sales Relationship Management
Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth onboarding and early adoption.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively reduce churn risk .
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for other company products and services.
✅ Performance Monitoring
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow a structured sales process and maintain high productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong command of English communication – both written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation, objection handling , and persuasion skills.
Quick learner with a process-oriented and result-focused mindset.
High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and productivity software is a plus.
