Location : Salt Lake City, Kolkata

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm

Bandhani is looking for a proactive, responsible, and energetic individual to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our internal team.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Overseeing the daily activities and operations of the office to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Coordinating with clients on a regular basis – updating them on project status, confirming outfit deliveries, and ensuring they are always informed.
• Calling and messaging clients to provide updates, reminders, and follow-ups as needed.
• Acting as a bridge between the clients and the team, communicating queries, requirements, and feedback clearly and promptly.
• Working closely with team members to resolve queries and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintaining professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude while representing the company at the front desk.
• Taking full responsibility for communication and coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
