Job Title : Front Office & Client Coordination Executive
Location : Salt Lake City, Kolkata
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm

Bandhani is looking for a proactive, responsible, and energetic individual to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our internal team.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Overseeing the daily activities and operations of the office to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Coordinating with clients on a regular basis – updating them on project status, confirming outfit deliveries, and ensuring they are always informed.
- Calling and messaging clients to provide updates, reminders, and follow-ups as needed.
- Acting as a bridge between the clients and the team, communicating queries, requirements, and feedback clearly and promptly.
- Working closely with team members to resolve queries and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintaining professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude while representing the company at the front desk.
- Taking full responsibility for communication and coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For :
1–2 years of relevant experienceSomeone who is well-organized, responsible, and confident in handling communication.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Friendly, approachable, and professional in dealing with clients.A good multitasker who can stay on top of multiple things throughout the day.Prior experience in front office, coordination, or client servicing is a plusIf you’re someone who loves being the connecting link between clients and teams, thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, and takes pride in owning your responsibilities — we’d love to hear from you!
