We’re looking for a Copywriter Lead who can bring words to life, lead a team of copywriters, and set the tone for breakthrough campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality, creative, and impactful copy across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, art teams, and strategy teams to develop integrated communication ideas.
  • Write compelling content for digital campaigns, brand films, social media, websites, influencer scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Drive conceptual thinking for pitches, large-scale campaigns, and brand stories.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, culture, and language to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Review and refine copy produced by team members to maintain high creative standards.
  • Partner with clients when required, to present concepts and sell ideas effectively.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of copywriting experience in advertising / digital agencies.
  • Proven track record of leading creative campaigns that drove impact.
  • Strong grasp of digital-first storytelling, brand building, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional command of English (bonus if you can think in Hinglish too).
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior writers.
  • Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the creativity quotient.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and campaign impact.
