Role Objective :
Lead end-to-end Account Acquisition and Growth using a strategic LAND → EXPAND → SUSTAIN model to drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and strengthen long-term account profitability in a design-led retail roll-out business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. LAND – New Business Acquisition
- Lead opportunity lifecycle : requirement understanding, proposal creation, presentations & closure.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams (Design, Operations, Strategy) for solution-estimation & project kick-off.
- Manage RFQs / RFPs and negotiate commercials with stakeholders.
- Ensure strong pipeline conversion and achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
2. EXPAND – Account Growth & Farming
Identify new business opportunities across client verticals, divisions, and geographies.Drive proactive pitch planning and client presentations for brand visibility and business expansion.Formulate account growth blueprints to unlock CAPEX and cross-category revenue.Build a predictable farming model to ensure repeat business.3. SUSTAIN – Relationship & Value Retention
Develop Key Account Plans (KAP) for long-term partnership and growth sustainability.Ensure service adoption across offerings within first year of engagement.Monitor account health, profitability, and proactively address red flags.4. Relationship & Customer Experience (CX)
Build trust-driven relationships with clients, OEMs, and partners.Capture feedback, track Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and drive service excellence.Conduct strategic client visits and ensure timely follow-through on agreed actions.Skills & Competencies
