What will you be doing

You will lead EUC support operations providing technical assistance for Windows and Mac environments across onsite and remote teams. The role involves troubleshooting hardware / software issues managing endpoint tools and enhancing user experience through proactive support and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 support for Windows 10 / 11 macOS Any MS Office 365 issues VPN printers network and security tools.
• Lead and mentor EUC engineers ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality ticket resolution.
• Administer remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Teams) & working experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune JAMF) and security tools (CrowdStrike TrendMicro & Simply Secure).
• Collaborate with vendors service partners and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation SOPs and technical manuals; generate reports and insights for performance tracking.
• Support Audio Video systems for Meeting & Conference rooms MS Teams and workplace tools (Access control); contribute to automation and infrastructure enhancements.
