Jio is looking for an experienced Jio Center Manager (JCM) to lead overall business performance, operations, and customer experience for a high-impact Jio Center. This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver overall sales, revenue & customer acquisition targets for the Jio Center
2. Oversee smooth daily operations, administration & service delivery
3. Optimize productivity, resources, and cost efficiency of the center
4. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory & commercial guidelines
5. Manage permissions / approvals required for local projects & deployments
6. Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance throughput
7. Drive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPS
8. Lead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teams
What We’re Looking For
1. 10–14 years of experience in telecom, operations, sales or service leadership
2. Strong P&L understanding with the ability to manage budgets & commercial controls
3. Solid project management and execution capability
4. Excellent team management, influencing & problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders
6. Execution-focused, customer-centric, and highly accountable leader
