As a Community and Partnerships Lead at Elevation Capital, you will own and drive strategic founder-facing initiatives that build meaningful connections across our portfolio and the broader startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends program design, founder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, and sector-specific community development. You will work closely with senior investment team members, portfolio founders and external collaborators to scale programs and shape Elevation's presence in high-priority domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives (e.g., workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms, peer forums) aligned with Elevation's investment priorities, collaborating closely with investment leads across key sectors (Consumer, Enterprise, Fintech, Deeptech)
- Serve as a key liaison between Elevation and its portfolio of early- to growth-stage founders, proactively connecting them to Elevation's valuable partnerships, resources, and network to accelerate their growth
- Cultivate and expand a strong network of external partners (including technology platforms, service providers, industry experts, and VCs), ensuring these relationships deliver tangible value and strategic advantages to our portfolio founders
- Conceptualize, launch, and manage impactful programs and events (virtual and in-person) to build engaged, sector-specific communities for founders, operators, and domain experts, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange
Requirements
6-10 years of experience in community strategy, founder engagement, or ecosystem programs, preferably in high-growth VC or tech environmentsDemonstrated ability to independently lead high-stakes programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a builder mindset — able to translate ambiguous goals into clear, actionable, and impactful initiativesExceptional execution capabilities and a high degree of ownership; comfortable managing all aspects of program and event delivery, including logistical detailsDeep understanding of the startup and venture ecosystem; bonus for experience with emerging tech sectors (AI, gaming, etc.)Excellent relationship management, communication, and execution skillsSkills Required
