Job descriptionBachelor's Degree Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities :
- Ticket Management : Handle data maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution using Service Now.
- Master Data Creation / Maintenance : Perform CRUD operations on product master data.
- Data Quality Monitoring : Assess and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards.
- Collaboration & Coordination : Work with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues. Participate in daily stand-up calls.
- Reporting and Documentation : Generate data quality reports and document maintenance processes.
- Project Coordination & Governance : Support data governance policies and assist in forming a global data steward group.
