Job Title : MDM Ticket management

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Bangalore / Pune / Navi Mumbai / Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai

Experience : 4-6 years

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ticket Management : Handle data maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution using Service Now.
  • Master Data Creation / Maintenance : Perform CRUD operations on product master data.
  • Data Quality Monitoring : Assess and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues. Participate in daily stand-up calls.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Generate data quality reports and document maintenance processes.
  • Project Coordination & Governance : Support data governance policies and assist in forming a global data steward group.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.

    • Skills :

  • Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Service Now)
  • Minimum 2 years of data stewardship experience, preferably in Product Master Domain
  • Must have : Chemical and industrial material knowledge.
  • Ability to chase data across different groups and ensure timely updates.
