Job descriptionHandle enterprise-level projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations for stakeholders. Define project requirements, develop work schedules, and manage timelines effectively. Delegate tasks strategically while ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly goals are achieved. Inspire, motivate, and guide the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5+ years of development experience in full-stack technologies. 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead / Project Manager.

Experience Required : 7+ Years
Qualification : B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Developers across technologies (PHP, Python) with strong hands-on experience in React.js.
- Apply excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive projects in the Healthcare Domain with deep knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, building effective professional relationships
with staff and clients.
