This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager based in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing software development life cycle (SDLC) projects, including AI / ML solutions, Python full stack applications, and MERN stack web platforms.

You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project Responsibilities :

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to define requirements and development roadmaps.
• Manage full project life cycle from concept to deployment using Agile / Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee software development projects involving Python full stack, AI / ML models, and MERN stack architectures.
• Coordinate with data scientists, backend / frontend developers, and DevOps teams.
• Create and manage project documentation, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
• Track KPIs, resource allocation, and project milestones for continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve project blockers, dependencies, and cross-team issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and scalability Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT / software development.
• Proven experience managing SDLC-based projects and technical teams.
• Hands-on understanding of AI / ML concepts, Python full stack (FastAPI, Django, React / Node), and MERN stack development workflows.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Git, CI / CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are to Have :
• Experience working with remote / distributed teams.
• Familiarity with MLOps, microservices, and API integration.
• Exposure to UI / UX collaboration and wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.
