We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to join our finance team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global E-commerce gifting brand that operates across 8+ countries. Roles & Responsibilities :

Accounting & Reporting :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.

Compliance & Taxation :

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and assist with filing requirements.

Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.

Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management :

Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.

Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.

Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.

Process Improvement & Systems :

Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.

Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.

Role Requirements :

CA-Inter / MBA Finance

2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce / Retail / Consumer Goods preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with ERP / Accounting software and MS Excel.

Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday
