Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in finance controllership, process management, and finance partnering to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving financial processes, and acting as a strategic partner to various business units.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.

Manage and streamline finance processes including reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Partner closely with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Assist in cost control initiatives, financial modeling, and performance measurement.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to finance and taxation.

Drive continuous process improvements and automation within the finance function.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA).

1–4 years post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership, Process Management, or Finance Business Partnering.

Strong understanding of finance controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience in process management, internal controls, and audit coordination.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
