Sr. Associate I, IT Infrastructure Systems Operations

Job Purpose

• To monitor, administer and support the core service SAN and NAS Storage Infrastructure.
• To Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and problems within defined service-level agreements.
• Providing high availability to Storage services with no down time.
• Automate repetitive task to achieve optimal efficiency and reduce manual efforts as well as human error.
• Drive operation excellence through integrity, ownership and speed.

Work hours : 9 AM or 2 PM or 5 PM or Night Shift.
