Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the provisioning of goods and services required to support the rollout of training sessions, identifying risks and issues while proposing mitigation solutions.
- Schedule trainers and faculty, coordinating with individual faculty members and vendors to ensure seamless training delivery.
- Select and confirm appropriate training venues based on defined criteria, balancing requirements and budget considerations.
- Order training materials and arrange special training requirements, including IT services, catering, and tools necessary for specific sessions.
- Administer training sessions and complete related tasks in the workflow tool (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and timely updates in the learning management system (Cornerstone).
- Record and track estimated and actual costs for goods and services contracted for sessions, ensuring timely follow-up for invoicing.
- Maintain absolute accuracy of session information in Salesforce and Cornerstone.
- Ensure session schedule changes are promptly updated in Salesforce and communicated clearly to vendors, learners, and faculty.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing communications with learning agencies, learners, stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues through strong case management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to suggest and implement process improvements and support updates to global documentation.
- Champion and support Learning Services and P&C Services + Solutions initiatives, staying current with P&C communications.
- Assist with preparations for the annual ISO 9000 accreditation by reviewing and updating process documentation and actively participating in audits.
Essential Education & Experience :
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.Understanding of the learning lifecycle model.Minimum 3 years of experience in learning services or HR shared services.Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and Salesforce.Skills Required
