Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Lead Analyst to join our team and help transform data into strategic insights. You’ll work closely with product and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and guide decision-making across key initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand various products, consumer touchpoints, data streams, and reports to draw actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate business initiatives and recommend data-driven solutions
- Identify market gaps and opportunities by analysing consumer behaviour, competitive benchmarks, and performance trends
- Measure and analyse campaign performance across channels, providing insights into ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement metrics
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover underlying business issues and recommend corrective actions
- Drive pricing analytics and discount analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize revenue strategies
- Design and deliver impactful visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights and trends clearly
- Interpret data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Present findings and recommendations through structured documentation and stakeholder presentations
- Provide mentoring and training to team members on business analysis best practices and tools
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a data-driven Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data AnalystStrong analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and solving business problemsHungry to go deep into the business problems and various data sources to find root cause of the problem and have intention to fix that completely by automating the workflowProven experience of working with unstructured data and creating relationship and structure around it to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problemsAbility to work with numbers and large data sets and organize data into reportsExcellent command of Excel, including pivots and solver functionsExperience with one or more visualization tools like Power BI with command over DAX will be preferred.Familiarity and experience with Google analytics, Paid Search data / campaign analysis and a good understanding of website metrics like engagement rate, CTR, CPA, traffic source / medium etc. will be preferredExperience in predictive analytics and statistical modelling will be preferredAbout CACTUS
