We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embedded Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware systems for controllers and smart devices. This role involves schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, hardware validation, and close collaboration with software teams to deliver reliable and high-performance products.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop embedded hardware, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Conduct hardware design reviews, simulations, and performance analysis.
- Build and test prototypes to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues during development and testing.
- Collaborate with software engineers for seamless hardware-software integration.
- Maintain documentation for designs, test procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with advancements in electronic hardware technologies and industry standards.
Requirements :
Proficiency in PCB design tools (e. g., Altium Designer, Eagle).Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.Experience with microcontrollers (TI, ST, NXP) and related architectures.Familiarity with communication protocols : SPI, I2C, UART, CAN.Hardware testing, validation, and debugging experience.Simulation tools : Simulink, Mathcad, LTSpice, Altair.Understanding of compliance standards : IEC 61000 ISO 16750Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.3-6 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.Preferred Skills :
FPGA development (Xilinx, Altera).Hands-on experience with prototyping and real-world signal interfacing.Familiarity with EMI / EMC testing.(ref : hirist.tech)
