Role Overview
We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to drive hardware development for hybrid inverter NPD, outsourced / integration-based product development, and sustenance engineering. The role focuses on mixed-signal circuit design, schematic development, and ensuring compliance with EMI / EMC and certification standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, safe, and high-performance power electronics hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital hardware for inverter and energy systems.Create and review schematics ensuring accuracy and robustness.Select appropriate components for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.Conduct power and signal integrity analysis to ensure design quality.Support PCB layout engineers with design constraints and guidelines.Conduct design reviews and maintain high-quality documentation.Ensure compliance with EMI / EMC and certification requirements.Skills & Competencies

Expertise in mixed-signal circuit design.Proficiency with analog front-end design, gate drivers, and isolation techniques.Experience in schematic capture and design review processes.Knowledge of EMI / EMC compliance and mitigation methods.Hands-on experience with power and signal integrity analysis.Strong background in component selection and evaluation.
