Role Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - 1 (SDR) to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior cold calling or call center experience, strong English communication skills, and a passion for engaging prospects.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Hunting & Enrichment – Research and build qualified prospect lists.
• Campaign Finalization – Collaborate with sales / marketing to refine outreach campaigns.
• Cold Calling & Outreach – Initiate calls and emails to engage prospects.
• Meeting Scheduling – Secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Event Support – Assist in driving footfall and engagement during events.
• Reporting – Maintain outreach records and update CRM tools (any prior lead generation tool experience is a plus).
