Job descriptionMonitor learner journey from enrollment to completion. Set up frameworks for grievance redressal, escalation handling, and first-contact resolution. Track completion rates and drive interventions to improve outcomes. Manage onboarding of universities, corporates, and academic partners. Lead LMS integration and ensure partner deliverables are met. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, presenting dashboards and progress reports. Reduce learner support volumes by implementing better onboarding, FAQs, and training interventions. Standardize academic and operational workflows to ensure consistency across programs. Identify gaps in delivery and roll out corrective action plans. Build and maintain dashboards for program health (enrollment, drop-off, completion). Generate reports for leadership and partners, with actionable insights. Use tools (SQL, GA, Freshdesk, JIRA) to monitor efficiency and outcomes.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Program Manager who can run complex, large-scale programs end-to-end.
The role requires balancing operational excellence with stakeholder management, building repeatable processes, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple cohorts and partners.
Responsibilities :
Program Delivery & Operations :
- Manage a portfolio of academic / learning programs from launch to completion.
- Oversee scheduling, faculty coordination, content delivery, and learner engagement across 50-100+ cohorts.
- Ensure seamless execution of live classes, assessments, and certification processes.
