Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for managing / collating data for undertaking tax compliances

Summarizing the data as per the required format of Tax Forms

Maintaining documentation required for tax compliances

Keeping a track of Tax Compliance Calendar

Maintaining tax litigation tracker

Interpretation of tax laws including tax treaties and commentaries

Preparing tax computation, tax forms and other related compliances

Skills & Qualification Required :

Qualified Chartered Accountant

with 4 to 6 years of experience

Prepared computation of income, tax returns & tax forms for Corporates

Experience of preparing schedules / overviewing Tax Audit u / s 44AB

Managed

TDS compliances

including preparation and filing of 24Q, 26Q and 27Q forms

Working knowledge on

Transfer pricing

benchmarking and TP study

Managed and worked on

GST Compliances

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST-9 / C, ITC reconciliation, RCM reconciliation, OIDAR compliances, etc.)

Experience in handling tax assessments for corporate tax, transfer pricing and GST.

Tax Dispute Resolution

experience including representation for Tax Authorities (AAR, CIT(A), Tribunal) on Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing and GST matters

Experience in payroll planning and structuring related aspects

Preparation of Provision for Tax Working and Deferred Tax

Worked on

International tax advisory

queries and knowledge on DTAAs

Advisory on withholding taxes on cross border transactions

Working knowledge of

USA, Singapore and UAE tax compliances

will be preferred
