Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Taxation to join our Finance team. The role involves managing indirect and direct tax compliances, supporting audits, and ensuring timely filing and accuracy across taxation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage GST compliances, including computation of monthly GST liability and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Annual Returns (GSTR 9 / 9C).
• Conduct ITC reconciliations with GSTR-2A / 2B and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Prepare and submit responses to GST departmental notices and queries.
• Handle income tax-related compliances : TDS liability review, return filing, and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Prepare detailed schedules and workings for Tax Audits.
• Provide withholding tax advisories to internal stakeholders and business teams.
• Perform reconciliation between books and statutory returns, ensuring completeness and compliance.
