  • : Salesforce FSC Tech Lead

Required Technical Skill Set : Salesforce FSC Tech Lead

Desired Experience Range : 10 - 18 yrs

Notice Period : Immediate to 90Days only

Location of Requirement : Hyderabad / Delhi / Pune

Job Description : Must-Have

  • Min 8 years to max 12 years’ experience in technology (product and engineering) and a minimum of 4+ years in Financial Services.
  • Minimum of 4+ Years of experience in FSC(or any enterprise SaaS product) including the configuration of the Salesforce FSC Platform
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional required.
  • Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
  • Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using OOB capabilities of Salesforce platform.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business.
  • Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, SSO etc.
  • Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model
  • Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent / Omni Channel, Knowledge Management
  • Must have knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience working in Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API etc.)
  • Implements complex data modelling and advanced project development of system architecture (especially for Data Migration into SFI).
  • understand the business requirement, develop, and design solutions leveraging the OOB capabilities of the FSC cloud and ensuring business requirements have been met and all commitments have been satisfied.
  • Hand on experience on FSC Cloud, Omnistudio, Flow builder, Flow JD Template TCS Confidential Orchestrator.
  • Experience in large-scale implementation of FSC cloud, data model optimization and if possible, Data Migration into SFI.
  • Develop and customise application using Lightning Web component and Apex.
  • Knowledge of hands-on experience with Omni studio (Omniscripts, Data raptors, Flex cards, Integration procedures etc.)
  • Deep understanding of FSC data model (Object relationship, managed packages, platform features)
  • Understanding of Household account and person account model
  • Understanding of common elements of FSC (ARC, Action plans, Life events etc)
  • Experience in building customer-facing dashboards and its integration with enterprise applications.
  • Should be able to deliver impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using Salesforce FSC Cloud OOB capabilities.
  • Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, business requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and expectations.
  • Propose, design, and implement solutions to solve business requirements especially in Retail / Commercial Insurance space.
  • Document business requirements and create technical design.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging OOB FSC cloud capabilities.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Salesforce FSC, including staying informed of new Salesforce releases and how the releases can benefit new and existing business requirements in Retail / Commercial Insurance space.
  • Guide a team of junior developers and mentor them.
  • Strong background on Relational database concepts including SQL and data modelling.
  • Certfications : JD Template TCS Confidential a. FSC certification b. Omnistudio Developer / Consultant c. Platform Developer 1 d. Platform Developer 2 e. Salesforce App Builder f. Salesforce Administrator g. Salesforce Advanced Administrator

    Good-to-Have 1. Experience in Einstein for Sales and Service, Einstein Analytics 2. SAFe Awareness (AzDo, and Target Process preferred) 3. Experience in CI / CD and deployment tools. Should be able to streamline deployment process.

    SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

    1 Liaise with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements, transforming business requirements in technical requirements, and working with cross functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution

    2 Create, run and present a measurable BRD / FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions

    3 Drives technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions 4 Offers best practice advice and recommendations to clients, extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy

    5 Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.)

    6 Overall knowledge of solution components (transformation platform, integration platform etc.) that are outside of the Salesforce platform

    7 Hands-on knowledge on Platform Security, PII data security, Authentication & Authorization.

    8 Integration (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect etc.), Data Migration and Deployment Strategy

    9 People Managers have regular 1-on-1s, perform annual reviews etc.

    10 Sales Support : Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside delivery lead. Assist in SOW creation, etc.

    11 Practice Development : Mentor resources, take on leadership roles to expand overall practice capabilities, etc.

    12 Value Addition : Create, run and present a measurable BRD / FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solution
