Role Summary :
We are looking for a Salesforce FSL Lead to spearhead Field Service Lightning implementations, provide technical direction, and manage a team of developers.
The Lead ensures FSL solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end FSL projects, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
- Architect solutions for complex service operations, including scheduling, mobile workforce optimization, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless ERP and Salesforce integration.
- Establish coding standards, review code, and ensure best practices in development.
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance, optimize processes, and recommend Skills :
- Expert in Salesforce FSL and Service Cloud, including mobile and field operations.
- Strong Apex, SOQL / SOSL, and asynchronous Apex development expertise.
- Proven experience in ERP integration and API-based solutions.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security model and access Skills :
- Hands-on experience with LWC development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Agile project delivery experience
