Infor Technical Consultant - Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

API Support and Troubleshooting :

• Provide day-to-day technical support for API integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues, data flow interruptions, and error messages.
• Collaborate with internal development and product teams to diagnose complex issues and escalate as necessary.
• Respond to and manage API incidents, ensuring quick resolution of client-facing issues.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integrations between Infor ERP and third-party systems or custom applications.
• Develop / Maintain middleware or API bridges to facilitate seamless data exchange between Infor , Laravel , React , and Node.js applications.
