Role : Infor M3 Technical Consultant.

Location : India / Remote.

Experience : 28 Year.

Industry : AgriTech (preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 / L3 technical support for Infor M3 including system logs, interfaces, workflows, and platform tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, job queues, and technical integrations using Infor ION, MEC, and Smart Office.
• Manage user access, roles, and security within M3 and related platforms.
• Analyze and resolve issues with custom scripts, personalizations, or API-based interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to ensure uptime, performance, and resolution of production issues.
• Participate in minor technical enhancements, patch validations, and configuration changes.
• Support job scheduling, exception monitoring, and system alerts.
• Maintain and update technical SOPs, issue logs, and scripts in shared documentation repositories.
