• Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor research and content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and ensure content stays fresh and relevant.
• Ensure all content adheres to Chicago English standards, company brand guidelines, and is plagiarism-free.
