Lead Backend Engineer - Node.js / Express.js

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Backend Engineer with a strong background in Node.js and deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Chatbot development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling backend systems that power AI-driven applications and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and modern frameworks (e. g., Express, NestJS).
• Lead the architecture and integration of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into production applications.
• Work on prompt engineering to fine-tune LLM outputs for specific business tasks.
• Build and optimize chatbot platforms and conversational AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI / ML engineers, frontend developers, product managers, and designers to

deliver robust AI-driven features.
