Job description

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience in building scalable applications, and a deep understanding of modern frameworks and best practices. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and optimized code while following best coding practices.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Work closely with frontend developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Collaborate in Agile / Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming concepts.
  • Experience with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Hapi.js.
  • Hands-on experience in RESTful API design .
  • Good knowledge of databases SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in backend development.
