Job descriptionClient Engagement & Reporting :Conduct monthly review meetings with clients to share and discuss healthcare utilization reports , trends, and opportunities for improvement.Present actionable insights to enhance employee engagement with healthcare programs and preventive services.Renewals & Retention :Manage client renewals by coordinating with internal teams and insurers, analyzing plan performance, and proposing optimal solutions.Ensure timely and smooth execution of the renewal process, including benefit design adjustments, premium negotiations, and documentation.Cross-Sell & Upsell :Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across wellness, mental health, disease management, and other value-added services.Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to align client needs with suitable offerings.Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling :Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations related to claim issues, service delivery, or platform concerns.Liaise with insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Drive AHC (Annual Health Check) Utilization :Create and execute engagement plans to increase employee participation in Annual Health Check programs.Monitor utilization metrics and work with client HR teams to promote health and wellness awareness.
