Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head based in Pune, India. The Business Head will oversee strategic planning, business development, and operational management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Revenue Growth
• Experience in Operations Management, Budgeting, and Process Optimization
• Proven ability to lead Cross-functional Teams and manage Partnerships
• Knowledge of Sustainability Practices, Circular Economy, and Environmental Compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience in the bioplastics or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
